Parcours
Net als in 2009 wordt in 2012 niet gekozen voor een snel parcours, maar een route die bijzondere delen van de stad aandoet. Als deelnemer zul je straks door gebouwen en langs locaties lopen die normaal niet voor runners toegankelijk zijn.
In 2009 bijvoorbeeld liep de route door de remise van de brandweer, langs de olifanten van DierenPark Amersfoort, door de Rijtuigenloods achter station Amersfoort, door de hal van station Amersfoort en over militair terrein de Vlasakkers. In 2012 kun je van ons voor de 21 en 42 km een vergelijkbaar parcours verwachten. Start en finish zijn in 2012 op het nieuwe Eemplein aan de Koppel, naast de Hogeschool.

Course/English
Just like in 2009, for 2012 we haven’t chosen for a quick course but for a special route. The route will show you interesting places in Amersfoort. As a participant you will run through buildings and locations which aren’t accessible to runners normally.
In 2009 for example, the route ran through the depot of the fire department, along the elephants in Amersfoort Zoo, along an old working place of the Dutch Railways, through the hall of Station Amersfoort and over the military area the ‘Vlasakkers’. In 2012 you can expect a similar course for the 21 km and the 42 km run. Start and finish in 2012 will be at ‘het nieuwe Eemplein’ at ‘de Koppel’, next to the ‘HU-Hogeschool’
